1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 638jl ("638jl," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 638jl website located at 638jl.club, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and all services, games, and content made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using the 638jl Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 638jl Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 638jl Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 638jl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before you register an account or place any wager:

638jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of 638jl, you must register a player account. You agree to the following conditions regarding account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 638jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update such information should it change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 638jl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify 638jl immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team.
• Account Closure: 638jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 638jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 638jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. Accepted methods are subject to change at 638jl's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified on the Cashier page for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Verification Requirements: 638jl may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Players must submit valid government-issued photo identification upon request.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

638jl may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, or other promotional benefits to registered players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all 638jl promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account, unless the promotion expressly permits stacking.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 638jl Platform — including live casino games, RNG table games, slot machines, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all 638jl game categories:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Technical errors on the part of the player (including accidental bet confirmation) do not entitle the player to a refund of a confirmed wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects the outcome or integrity of a game round, 638jl reserves the right to void bets and refund stake amounts, or to apply the most recent valid game state prior to the malfunction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 638jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false, fabricated, or stolen personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the 638jl Platform, including game interfaces and the cashier.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, gain unfair advantages in multiplayer games, or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the 638jl Platform's software, infrastructure, or game systems.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward 638jl staff, live dealers, or other players via live chat or any other communication channel on the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 638jl Platform — including but not limited to the 638jl brand name, logo, game graphics, user interface design, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 638jl or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 638jl Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 638jl content without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 638jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, interrupted internet connectivity, or force majeure events.

638jl's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to 638jl in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

638jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

638jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The following tools are available to all registered 638jl account holders free of charge from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact the 638jl customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 638jl will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

13. Amendments

638jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the Platform's announcement section or via email to the registered address on file. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 638jl Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
